Exciting designs gathered in Tokyo –a marketplace for lifestyle products of the future.
Interior Lifestyle Tokyo welcomes about 800 exhibitors of a variety of products such as designed gift items, tableware, foods, jewelry and high end furniture. These features of the fair attract a wide range of visitors, providing exhibitors with the opportunity to meet new buyers and expand their business. Developing into the best place to find new opportunities in the lifestyle market, the show will welcome new exhibition directors, Mr. Makoto Tanijiri and Ms. Ai Yoshida from SUPPOSE DESIGN OFFICE.

SUPPOSE DESIGN OFFICE Co., Ltd. is an architectural design office based in Tokyo and Hiroshima. They have been working on a wide range of projects including housing, commercial facilities, exhibitions, landscape design, product design, and installation art for home and abroad. The projects “hotel koe tokyo” and “Mazda Showroom in MEGURO HIMONYA” are their representative works in recent years.
The upcoming edition of Interior Lifestyle will take place as planned on 3 - 5 June 2020 at Tokyo Big Sight, Aomi Exhibition Halls.
Messe Frankfurt Japan Co., Ltd. continues to monitor the developments of the Coronavirus. According to the website of the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, “the Coronavirus infection has not been confirmed as an outbreak in Japan.” However, the Ministry advises the importance of frequent hand-washing and proper etiquette when coughing or sneezing, as well as taking measures against colds and seasonal flu, especially when attending event that draw huge crowds.
As the organizer of Interior Lifestyle, Messe Frankfurt Japan will implement below measures onsite recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the World Health Organization (WHO).
Measures to be implemented onsite as of 18 February:
- Installation of the reminder
- Installation of disinfectant
- Encourage all participants to wear surgical masks
- Installation of a first-aid room
